In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 교환 및 반품정보

DELIVERY

오후 12시 이전 결제 완료된 주문건까지 당일 출고 되며, 이후 주문건은 다음날 출고 됩니다.

배송기간은 주문일로부터 영업일 기준 (주말제외) 2일~5일정도 소요되며, 연휴 및 공휴일에는 지연 될수있습니다.

도서 및 산간지역은 3,000원의 배송비가 추가됩니다.

RETURN / CANCEL

교환/반품은 상품 수령 후, 고객 센터로 7일 이내에 접수(전화) 해주셔야 합니다.

단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 반품은 왕복 배송비 5,000원을 입금 해주세요.

입금자 성함은 반드시 구매자 성함으로 부탁드립니다.

사용의 흔적이나 훼손이 있는 경우 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다.
